The activity with the “Residence Al Passo dei Pecorai” has started when we realised that simple bedrooms were inadequate to families with children or to couples of friends who wanted to spare some money and be at the same time, independent from the restaurant. We have small flats with a double bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen, as well as big flats for five persons with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. All flats have an independent entrance and are equipped with a direct line telephone; besides most of them have a T.V. set
To keep the traditional atmosphere of the country they are furnished with antique and ancient style pieces of furniture, completed by all modern conveniences. The rental cost includes independent central heating, linen, daily cleaning and household garbage removal. You can use the garden whenever you like, excluding when the meals of the Restaurant are served outside. Breakfast can be had at the Restaurant from 8.00 to 10.00 a.m., you can choose between continental breakfast (bread, butter, locally produced honey, mixed jam “Casprini da Omero”, cheese, chocolate, brioche or piece of cake, fresh fruit or season fruit-salad, coffee, cappuccino, tea, hot chocolate in a giant “bowl”), which is not included in rates, and Italian breakfast (brioche or piece of cake, cappuccino or expresso), included in rates.
